Hardboard

FAZERLES^® manufactures hardboard (wood-based panels) type НВ with thickness: 3,0; 3,2 and 4,0 mm. We have a wide range of dimension in order to satisfy all custom’s requirements.
The main dimensions are: 2750 х 1700 mm (king size), 2000 х 1700 mm, 1500 x 1700 m, 2440 x 1220 m (8' x 4') and 1830 x 1220 mm (6' x 4').
Depending on the application, we supply hardboard panels with special dimensions:

» Hardboard panels for doors.
We deliver panels in cut sizes: Length 2000 – 2200 mm, Width 620 – 1020 mm, depending on the specific customer’s requirements.

» Hardboard panels for boxes for fruits and vegetables
We supply a wide variety of panels in cut sizes, according to customer’s specifications.

» Hardboard panels for furnitures
We supply panels in specific dimensions, designed for backs and bottoms of the furniture, bottoms of drawers, according to customer’s specifications.

» Hardboard panels for painting (varnishing)
Our hardboard panels are suitable for finishing – painting, lacquering, veneer and others.
Hardboard panels manufactured by FAZERLES^® are natural product, free of hazardous substances and can be used in contact with foodstuffs.

STANDADS AND QUALITATIVE INDICATORS

The fibreboard, produced in FAZERLES^® answers to the requirements for plates from arboraceous fibers - type HB according to european standards-EN 316::1993, ЕN 622-1:1997 и EN 622-2:1997

The standards regulatеs the following physical-mechanical properties:
consistence (EN 316) - non less than 900 Kilogram/cubic meters
temper to a bending (EN 310) non less from 30 МРа
contents to water (EN 322) 4 - 9 percent (EN 310) - after not plunging with water 24 hours (EN 317) of not more than 35 percent
