FAZERLES® sales its products on the basis of contracts concluded with the Buyer. The main points of the contarct are as follows:

» Subject of the contract – description of the product.

» Quantity – number of hardboard sheets, pallets, total quantity in m2

» Packing – number of sheets in one pallet, description of the packing.

FAZERLES® fulfills different packing, depending on the transport (vessel or truck), loading and unloading operation and taking into account the keeping hardboard in good state.

» Terms of delidery – according to Incoterms 2000. FAZERLES® exports hardboard by trucks, ships and by rail transport. The buyer choose one of the following delivery terms: – EXW, FOB, CPT, CIF or other.

» Delivery time – the time of delivery is fixed depending on customer’s requirements. For deliveries by truck (6000 – 7000 m2) the delivery term is about 10 days. When the goods is exported by vessel (600 000 – 900 000 m2) – the delivery time is negotiated for every shipment.

FAZERLES® considers the negotiated delivery time as obligatory.
» Export documents accompanying the goods – according requirements of the parties by the contract.

» Price and total value of the consignment – FAZERLES® negotiates price in Leva /m2 for the domestic market and in EUR/m2 for export.

» Payment – we use different kinds of bank payments – banks draft, Leter of Credit, Bank Guarantee and other.
